Q: You have an entire day to yourself, what would you do to fill it up?
“I would go to Her Majesty’s Pleasure. They have the best manicures and they also have a bar so you can have a glass of wine while your nails get done.”
Q: What’s your favorite place to grab a quick bite downtown?
“416 Snack Bar. It’s great nighttime food and drinks. They don’t use cutlery, so it’s a lot of small tapas and sharable items. Their menu is frequently updated and they have a really cool vibe. Even though it’s super small it always feels like a good place to be.
Q: It’s your last drink, where do you go and what do you get?
“Oh, that’s a hard one. It would have to be a margarita, so where would I go to get a margarita? Maybe Grand Electric. It’s a really fun little Mexican taco place. I love to go there, and if it was my last drink it would be a margarita with several tequila shots.”
Q: Let’s say you’re taking Rihanna out on the town. Where would you head to show her how to party in Toronto?
“Libertine. It’s an incognito bar down these stairs with a neon light above it. It’s private, and never super exposed so it’s a little secret party spot; only those who know about it go there.”
Q: Where do you go to work off that last margarita?
“Ride Cycle Club. It’s super high energy, which is all about the music. There’s a different theme for each day. You have to ride in unison so you feel lame if you’re not on beat and you’re motivated to keep up.”
