If each and every city excels at a particular season, New York’s time to shine is Autumn. There’s a reason songs and screenplays have been dedicated to this cozy quadrant, and as the leaves turn each year, I’m reminded of every romantic notion I formed about this city back when the idea of living here was a distant dream.

When it comes to choosing a soundtrack for these months, the return of sweaters and the lighting of candles beckons for something a little darker, edgier, sexier… Something a little more like New York.
